Signature Wood-Fired Steaks
All steak, seafood, and chicken entrees
are served with Grizzly’s fresh baked
stone ground wheat bread (after 4 p.m.)
along with a house salad or soup, and your
choice of homestyle mashed potatoes (with
country gravy if you like), Northwoods fries,
grilled corn-on-the-cob, fresh vegetables,
or these choices after 4 p.m. (baked cheesy
hash browns, baked potato, or baked sweet
potato). Top your steak with garlic butter
mushrooms. All of Grizzly’s steaks
are hand cut, seasoned and broiled on our
wood-fired broiler.

Bourbon Pepper Sirloin
With cracked pepper and whiskey peppercorn
sauce.
Lodge Ribeye
Fire-grilled on our wood-fired broiler.
Filet Mignon
Bacon wrapped and topped with mushrooms.
Sirloin Tips
Steak tips with peppers, mushrooms, and
onions.
Prime Rib
Slow roasted and tender Prime Rib. (Only
after 4 p.m. Saturday – while available)

Wood-Fired Salmon
A tender salmon filet broiled on our wood-fired
broiler. Blackened with our citrus rum sauce
optional.
Pecan Chicken
Pan fried and topped with our creamy house
made pecan sauce.
Wood-Grilled Shrimp
Seasoned and tender shrimp grilled on our
wood-fired broiler.
Big Lodge Walleye
Traditional pan-fried or broiled Canadian
walleye.
Blackened Salmon w/ Citrus Rum Sauce
A tender salmon filet blackened on our grill and topped with our citrus rum sauce.
