Grizzly's is currently seeking the following positions:
Kitchen Managers
Reporting to, and working closely with, the General Manager , Kitchen Managers will be responsible for leading and directing kitchen operations; maintaining established guidelines, policies and procedures; achieving the highest quality standards; managing a team of staff including hiring, training and coaching; ensuring all health and safety regulations are being followed; controlling food and labor costs; and managing budgets. The Kitchen Managers will be responsible for the overall operations and performance of the kitchen.
